Jackson Legal Services, P.C. was established in 2013 by attorney Katie Jackson-Lindsay. As a result of working as a Deputy Prosecutor in Marion County for over 5 years, Katie became a skilled litigator with a reputation for fighting hard in the courtroom. In 2013, Katie used her litigation experience and passion for representing the citizens of Indianapolis to start her law office. Katie started as a solo practitioner serving only Indianapolis and the surrounding counties but has since grown the firm to a full-service 100% criminal defense law firm with a team representing the entire state of Indiana. Because the team focuses solely on criminal defense cases, they have developed an expertise in this area of the law. Katie and her team pride themselves on treating every single client the way they would expect their own family members to be treated if faced with a criminal legal situation.
